Leadership in the local church is something God takes seriously, and so do we. We are a church that is led by our chief shepherd, Jesus Christ. We are congregationally governed and guided by a plurality of pastor-elders who seek to lead, feed, know, and protect the flock.

Our deacons further the unity and health of the church by assisting the elders in creating and cultivating environments where its members can serve one another and make disciples. Deacons help free up the elders to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word by ministering as lead servants in a variety of areas.
